Okay, so I'm almost positive that this is an episode from TNG, but I'm not 100% sure. However, I do know this episode was not from DS9, Voyager, or Enterprise. I remember the plot, or at least part of the plot, was that the Enterprise was stuck at warp speed and was continually accelerating, and if they didn't find a way to get the ship out of warp, the ship's hull would eventually disintegrate.
