Here I go again. Who's Lieutenant 'Lysa'? Lester/Kirk, "Turnabout Intruder": "Lieutenant Lysa, play back those last two sentences from Mr Spock's tirade", & "Lieutenant Lysa, inform all sectors of my decision". The transcript I've read[1] implies Lysa was seen as he/she seems to have a few lines, but I haven't the episode to confirm this.
