Help-me template Edit

would like to create a help-me template (like on wikipedia) for new users. For those of you not familiar, the template is explained to new users on the welcome message. If they have any problems, they just leave the template on their talk-page, and an experienced archivist drops by to help them out. I think it could really go a long way towards making new users feel welcome, but I'm not sure how to set it up. Feedback and assistance would be appreciated. Jaz ^talk 02:25, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
