Bp has mentioned that these two images are very ugly here, which is pretty obvious. As a test, I've added to MediaWiki:Monobook.css:

#diggs a img, #delicious a img { display:none;  }
#diggs a:after { content:"Digg" }
#delicious a:after { content:"del.icio.us" }

However, this will only work for CSS2 browsers (CSS1 should just show a lack of buttons).

1. Uploadable images similar to File:Wiki.png
2. Text only on Memory-Alpha.
3. Leave them, but make them the same height.
