I would like to propose lists/articles tracking significant Star Trek conventions. Perhaps major ones could have their own articles explaining what made them notable. Similarly, I would like to see lists of Trek actors' historical convention appearances. For example:

- I don't see a general problem with adding lists of convention appearances to the actor articles (although it might lead to discussions about which conventions really are noteworthy/relevant and which aren't). However, our "article restrictions" would be the same for convention articles as for any other type of article. We're not really a database for Trek fandom, so just like we're not having an article for each fan series or website, we shouldn't have articles for each separate convention. -- Cid Highwind 12:04, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
"We're not really a database for Trek fandom" - that makes a lot of sense; it helps me figure out where to draw the line. My whole interest in the Cons is behind-the-scenes info, potentially valuable for MA, that may have been revealed at the Cons. -- StAkAr Karnak 17:29, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
