Forlat III was the third planet in the Forlat planetary system. This world was attacked by the Crystalline Entity sometime prior to 2368. Individuals on the planet attempted to seek refuge in tunnels lined with kelbonite, but were still absorbed by the entity.

Forlat III was one of the eleventh attack sites recorded, and one of the three where settlers took refuge in caves. Dr. Kila Marr examined this planet before the attack on Melona IV in 2368. (TNG: "Silicon Avatar")
