Floyd's Barber Shop was a barber shop in New York City during the 1930s.
In 1930, James T. Kirk and Edith Keeler passed by Floyd's while taking a walk. (TOS: "The City on the Edge of Forever")
Fans of The Andy Griffith Show may recognize Floyd's - the set used for New York City in this episode (called "Forty Acres") is the same set used for the town of Mayberry.
