"Pardshay, don't be an idiot."
Pardshay was a Rotciv crewman who served aboard the interstellar freighter SS Xhosa, under Captain Kasidy Yates while she worked for the Petarians during the early 2370s.
In 2371, Pardshay attempted to haul a heavy container of unstable biomatter into the freighter's cargo hold. As he was unsuccessful, Yates recommended that Pardshay use an anti-grav sled.
Later, while Yates was on her first date with Benjamin Sisko in the Replimat, Parshay was in the adjacent Promenade speaking with a command division Starfleet officer. (DS9: "Family Business")
Pardshay was played by an unknown actor.
