Fendaus V was the inhabited fifth planet of the Fendaus system. The leaders of Fendaus V possessed a hereditary genetic condition that caused them to lack limbs. (TNG: "Loud As A Whisper")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts ("United Federation of Planets I"), Fendaus V was listed as a member planet of the Federation in 2378.
