Fellebia was a location, to which the phrase, "when in Fellebia, do as the Fellebians do," was in reference.

In 2151, Doctor Phlox quoted this phrase to Subcommander T'Pol, when discussing adapting to living on a Human vessel. (ENT: "Unexpected")

This phrase is a twist to the classic phrase "when in Rome, do as the Romans do."

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, page 44, Fellebia was a planet in the 94 Aquarii system. This trinary star system was located approximately 70 light years from Sol in the Alpha Quadrant. Fellebia was named as a stop on the Denobulan trade route in the 22nd century. In the star chart United Federation of Planets I, the planet was named, but not listed, as a United Federation of Planets member.
