Feira Incident was an infamous event in Klingon military history.
In the late 23rd century, Orion merchant raiders attacked Klingon strategic material outposts. Korrd, the commander of Klingon Imperial Command forces, was held responsible for the success of the Orions. An analysis by Starfleet Intelligence came to the conclusion that the charges lacked merit. Regardless, Korrd's position in the Klinogn High Command was untenable. (Star Trek V: The Final Frontier)
