Ensign Farley was a 24th century Starfleet officer aboard the USS Voyager under Captain Kathryn Janeway. Farley became stranded in the Delta Quadrant along with the rest of the crew of Voyager in 2371.

In 2376, Farley fell asleep and began to snore during a lecture by The Doctor. B'Elanna Torres gossiped about this to Tom Paris after he arrived back from a particularly long away mission. (VOY: "Memorial")
