Falow

Falow was the head of the Wadi Delegation from the Gamma Quadrant that visited station Deep Space 9 in 2369.

Falow engaged Quark in a bizarre game called Chula, where the crew of the station were used as pawns in the game. Quark was convinced that the game was life and death and that his frends were in danger, but in the end, it proved to be only a game and no one was harmed. (DS9: "Move Along Home")

Falow was played by Joel Brooks.
