Falow was the Master Surchid of the Wadi delegation from the Gamma Quadrant that visited station Deep Space 9 in 2369. They were the first official delegation from the Gamma Quadrant.
Falow and his Wadi delegates were eager to play games. They initially went to Quark's after arriving on the station and played multiple rounds of dabo. They won a great deal of latinum, until Quark instructed Broik to fix the table so that Falow would lose. Enraged, Falow told Quark he now had to play one of his games.
Falow engaged Quark in a bizarre game called Chula, where the crew of the station were used as pawns in the game. Quark was convinced that the game was life and death and that his friends were in danger, but in the end, it proved to be only a game and no one was harmed. (DS9: "Move Along Home")
In 2381, Falow and a female companion operated a recruitment booth at a fair on Tulgana IV that offered various games and toys, including Chula, three-dimensional chess, Ktarian games, Bat'leths & BiHnuchs, and wearable Ferengi ears. After being heckled into a furious rampage, Ensign Brad Boimler yelled at them, "You're always getting people trapped inside of games. Stop trapping people inside of games!" (LD: "Reflections")
Illusory duplicate[]
An illusory version of Falow appeared within the Chula game. (DS9: "Move Along Home")
