The Fabrina solar system was a star system. The primary was named Fabrina. In 8,000 BC, this system was destroyed when Fabrina supernovaed. Before its destruction, the system had eight planets, one of which was the homeworld for a humanoid species, the Fabrini. The system was depicted in the Book of the People. (TOS: "For the World is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky")

This system was located in the Alpha Quadrant. Its location in the Milky Way Galaxy was depicted on a Federation star chart in 2293. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)
