Eugene Cernan was a NASA astronaut aboard the Apollo 10 mission along with Thomas P. Stafford and John Young and the Apollo 17 mission with Ronald Evans and Harrison Schmitt. (ENT: "First Flight")
Cernan's name was on an assignment patch displayed in the 602 Club. His last name was also used for Cernan, the crewmember aboard the Charybdis.
