Erma Felna was a Human Starfleet officer in the mid-24th century.
In 2364 she held the rank of admiral and was assigned to Starfleet Tactical Command. In that year, prior to stardate 41775, she sent a mission order about operations for the next fiscal year to Captain Sandy Veneziano of the USS Omaha Nebraska. (TNG: "Conspiracy")

The stardate for this mission order might be around 41645. Admiral Felna had denied a request made by this captain; however, the nature of this request was in text that was lost.
Erma Felna might be named after Erma Felna, a protagonist in the Albedo Anthropomorphics comic book series.
