Eric Norman worked as production assistant on Star Trek: Insurrection and as assistant to the producers on Star Trek: Enterprise.

Following his work on Star Trek: Enterprise, he worked as assistant production coordinator on the television series Heist (2006), Just Legal (2005-2006), Heroes (2006-2007), and Private Practice (2007-2008).
