Eric Chauvin created Black Pool Studios in 1995. He worked as a digital matte artist on Star Trek: Enterprise episodes such as:

• "Broken Bow"
• "Strange New World"
• "The Andorian Incident"
• "Civilization"
• "Dear Doctor"

They also worked on Star Trek: Voyager episodes:

• "Caretaker"
• "Endgame"

He also worked with many Stargate episodes as well as Star Wars episodes V and VI.
