Epsilon West IV was the inhabited fourth planet in the Epsilon West system.

In 2328, Mark Stimson boarded the SS Manila at Balder's Planet, bound for Epsilon West IV. This information was part of a passenger manifest recorded in the commercial transport database and reviewed by Data in 2370. (TNG: "Inheritance", okudagram)
