Eminiar is a star located in the NGC 321 star cluster. It is the primary of the inhabited Eminiar system which contained the planets Eminiar VII and Vendikar. (TOS: "A Taste of Armageddon")

The location of Eminiar was depicted on a Federation star chart. The star was located near Talos. (TNG: "Conspiracy") The location of Eminiar was also depicted on a Federation tactical situation monitor in Captain Benjamin Maxwell's ready room on the USS Phoenix in 2367. The same chart was used in an alternate timeline, by Captain Jean-Luc Picard to monitor the progress of the war with the Klingons. (TNG: "The Wounded", "Yesterday's Enterprise")
