Emily Anne Bergl (born 25 April 1975; age 37) is the actress who played Bethany in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "North Star". Bergl was born in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, grew up mostly in Chicago, Illinois, and is a graduate of Grinnell College in Iowa.

Prior to her appearance on Enterprise, Bergl appeared in the Steven Spielberg production Taken with Matt Frewer and Joel Gretsch, William Shatner's son-in-law.
