Ellen Albertini Dow (born 16 November 1918; age 105) is a character actress who, in 1994, appeared as Felisa Howard in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Sub Rosa". She was born in Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania.

Dow is perhaps best known for her role as Grandma Rosie in the 1998 comedy The Wedding Singer.
