Ellen Albertini Dow (16 November 19134 May 2015; age 101) was a character actress who, in 1993, appeared as Felisa Howard in the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "Sub Rosa". She was born in Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania, USA.
