Elizabeth Lindsey (born 17 April 1956; age 68) is the actress who played Louisa Kim in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Home Soil".

In 1978, Lindsey was named Miss Hawaii and represented her state at the Miss America pageant. [1]

Among her television credits are recurring roles as Tiki in the series Tales of the Gold Monkey (which starred Stephen Collins) and as Mai in China Beach (which starred Robert Picardo, Concetta Tomei, Megan Gallagher, and Jeff Kober),as well as a role in the TV-move Last Flight Out (with Rosalind Chao).

Her film credits include Warren Beatty's Bulworth (which also featured Paul Sorvino) and Next Stop Wonderland. She is also the director of the short documentary Then There Were None about how modern culture has affected indigenous Hawaiian traditions and populations.
