Elaine P. Maser is a costumer and costume supervisor who worked as costumer for women on the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episodes "Angel One" and "Too Short a Season", as extra costumer on the fifth season episode "Ensign Ro", and as costume supervisor on Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. She received no credit for her work on The Next Generation but is listed on several call sheets.
Maser worked as secretary for costume designer Jocelyn Rickards in the early 1980s, including work on films such as the comedy Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon Queen (1981). She then worked as costumer herself on episodes of Brothers (1986) and CBS Summer Playhouse (1988), the crime drama Black Rain (1989), the drama Always (1989), the science fiction horror film Arachnophobia (1990, with David S. Powell), and the comedy Dutch (1991).
As costume supervisor her credits include the drama Fearless (1993), the comic adaptation Batman Forever (1995, with Myron Baker, David Mayreis, Wingate Jones, and Kacy Treadway), the comedy Liar Liar (1997, with David Page), the drama The Horse Whisperer (1998, with David Page), the fantasy drama Bicentennial Man (1999, with Karen Bellamy), the drama Man on the Moon (1999), the television drama Baby (2000), the comedy What's the Worst That Could Happen? (2001), the crime movie Ocean's Eleven (2001), and the Without a Trace pilot episode (2002).
