The El-Aurian Homeworld is a planet, probably of Class M, located several thousand lightyear from Federation space, not far from System J-25. The planet and most of its inhabitants were assimilated by the Borg. A small number of El-Aurian survivors fled the planet and scattered themselves throughout the galaxy. (TNG: "Q Who?", TNG: "I, Borg")

In 2293, two ships were transporting El-Aurian refugees to Earth, but were destroyed, only 47 were saved. (Star Trek: Generations) Martus Mazur was also a refugee from the El-Aurian system. (DS9: "Rivals")

The name of the El-Aurian homeworld was never mentioned on screen. The location of the El-Aurian homeworld is also not mentioned to onscreen. It was also not stated if the El-Aurian refugees are being transported to Earth directly from the El-Aurian homeworld.
