Earl Billings (born 4 July 1945; age 66) is the actor who portrayed Vice Admiral Thomas Henry in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "The Drumhead" in 1991. Billings filmed his scene for "The Drumhead" on Tuesday 26 February 1991 on Paramount Stage 9. He had no dialogue in the episode and was listed as "Starfleet Admiral" on the call sheet.

Aside from Star Trek, Billings has appeared in many television shows including ER, Becker (with DS9 regular Terry Farrell), and Mad About You.

He has been a voice performer in several animated television shows and movies including The Proud Family and Fat Albert.
