E. Robinson was an officer in the year 2370, the captain of the starship GCS Recio.
Under his command, the vessel visited Annandale, and was due to arrive at Deep Space 9 on stardate 47552.8, according to an arrival roster recorded in that station's library computer. (DS9: "Whispers")
Captain Robinson's name was not mentioned in dialogue, it was simply listed in an okudagram graphic of an arrival roster on a viewscreen. The graphic was also populated by a number of other in-jokes.
