Dulmur and Lucsly arrive on DS9
Dulmur (played by Jack Blessing seen in this image on the right) was one of two Temporal Investigations agents who came to Deep Space Nine in 2373 to question Captain Benjamin Sisko about his recent visit to 2268. After hearing Sisko's story they decided he had done nothing wrong and that no reprimand would be placed in his Starfleet file. Dulmur and Lucsly, however, did not visit the Promenade, where there was an outbreak of tribbles, previously extinct, but had been brought to the 24th century by Sisko's crew. - Dulmur's name was intended to be an anagram of X-Files agent Mulder, however, the spelling is incorrect.
