Dugan Savoye is the actor who played Lieutenant William Hodges in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Eye of the Beholder". He was credited as "Man" in the end credits.

Savoye played a cop in a car in the 1992 drama When No One Would Listen. Fellow Star Trek performers in this movie are Cameron Thor, Richard Penn, Sherman Augustus, and James Ingersoll.
