Draylaxians are a species hailing from the planet Draylax in the Alpha Quadrant.

In the sweet spot aboard the Template:ShipClass starship Enterprise NX-01, Commander Charles Tucker III asked helmsman Ensign Travis Mayweather, who had visited Draylax once aboard the ECS Horizon, if a certain rumor he heard about Draylaxian women was true. Mayweather confirms the rumor, indicating that Draylaxian women do indeed have "three" of something. He goes on to claim to have had "firsthand, secondhand, and thirdhand" experiences with Draylaxian women. (ENT: "Broken Bow")

"three..." is a direct quote (presumably) referring to the Draylaxian's three mammary glands and breasts, one more than most humanoid species.
