Draygo IV was the fourth planet in the Draygo planetary system. It was a Class M planet in Federation space. It had an unusually large temperate zone.

The planet was considered by Dr. Beverly Crusher and Commander Data as a possible home for the Boraalans following Dr. Nikolai Rozhenko's unauthorized transport of the group aboard the USS Enterprise-D. It was closest to the climate of Boraal II, their former home, but the fact that the system was within three light years of the Cardassian border prevented it from being chosen. (TNG: "Homeward")
