Drake was a Human member of the Arctic Archaeology Team, associated with the Earth Sciences Institute.
As part of the A-6 Excavation Team, he discovered the remains of a Borg sphere in the Arctic Circle on Earth in 2153. He'd made a bet with Commander Williams about finding it, and won a bottle of scotch. Unfortunately, he was assimilated by the Borg before he could claim his prize. (ENT: "Regeneration")
Drake was played by actor John Short.
