Ensign Doug Bronowski was a member of the crew of USS Voyager while that starship was stranded in the Delta Quadrant. His Starfleet service number was KH-128-0409-JVD.

In 2371, he was among the crewmembers who were transported onto the Caretaker's array and scanned the region at Captain's orders before finding the Maquis. (VOY: "Caretaker")

Doug Bronowski hologram

A holographic duplicate of Bronowski

A holographic duplicate of him was part of a Jupiter Station Holoprogramming Center program in which The Doctor experienced the time when he was first activated aboard Voyager again. In this program, Bronowski was in sockbay when The Doctor was activated and cared for a wounded crewmember. (VOY: "Projections")

He was captured in Seska's variation of the program, along with the rest of Starfleet crew, for not belonging to the Maquis. (VOY: "Worst Case Scenario")

Despite being in the command division, Ensign Bronowski pulled some duty shifts in the airponics bay by 2375. He had a flawless record, for this reason he was Seven of Nine's first choice for a first date. Harry Kim found Bronowski to have no sense of humor and to play the accordion badly. Doug did not get the date in the end as Seven decided to go on her first date with Lieutenant William Chapman. (VOY: "Someone to Watch Over Me")

In an alternate timeline, Bronowski was aboard USS Voyager just before the search for the Maquis. (VOY: "Shattered")

Bronowski was seen only in a photograph, where he was "played" by uncredited regular background actor Kerry Hoyt, who also appeared as Fitzpatrick and Grimes.
