Doselle Young is a comic book and novel writer from California.

He broke into the industry in the late 1990s, writing for Vertigo and DC Comics touching on characters including Superman, Wonder Woman, and The Authority. He created and wrote a series titled The Monarchy for WildStorm Comics, writing all 12 issues of the limited series.

He also writes prose including short stories published in The Darker Mask and San Diego Noir.

In 2000, he co-wrote "Avalon Rising" for WildStorm with his wife Janine Ellen Young. The book retold several Star Trek: Voyager stories but set them in medieval times instead.
