Donna Rooney worked as a production associate and assistant to the producers on the last season of Star Trek: Enterprise. She was among the production staff members and background extras who appeared in the final scenes of the episode "These Are the Voyages..." where she played a civilian ceremony attendee and was uncredited for her appearance.

After Enterprise finished she worked as an assistant to the producers and script coordinator on the television series 24.
