Don Charles McGovern is a actor and occasional stuntman who performed stunts as a [[HMS Bounty personnel#Crewmembers|Klingon crewman].

Leonard Nimoy,the director wanted to change the way Don delivered his dialogue. Nimoy said it needed to be softer because the way McGovern was delivering his line to Christopher Lloyd was to harsh and aggresive. Nimoy said ."If you said it that way to Lloyd's character, he would of zapped you out of existence".

Don has written several original screenplays. Don is also a music industry insider in the capacity of Artist's manager and Executive Producer and A&R Executive.

His twin brother is fellow Star Trek stuntman Bob McGovern.

McGovern has also performed stunts in films such as Rocky III (1982, with Bob Minor, Tony Brubaker, Rex Pierson, Jophery C.
