Disruptor arrays were a weapon that was equipped on Klingon and Romulan ships. It is also known that the Breen used disruptors on their ships. (TNG: "Hero Worship") It is known that Romulan D'deridex class warbirds carried at least one disruptor array on the forward hull of the ship. (VOY: "Message in a Bottle")
