Crewman Dillard was an engineer who served aboard the Enterprise NX-01 during its maiden voyage in 2151.
In that year, Commander Tucker, suffering from severe mood swings as a result of being impregnated by a Xyrillian female, berated Dillard as to the insufficient safety of the engineering lift, stating that it would be a "deathtrap" for a child. (ENT: "Unexpected")
