Commander Demos was an agent of the Dramian government during the late 23rd century.

In 2270, he served the arrest warrant for Leonard McCoy, which charged McCoy with mass murder on Dramia II.

Demos later followed James T. Kirk to the hopes of stopping him from investigating the planet. (TAS: "Albatross")
