Delta Rana IV (most often simply called Rana IV) was the fourth planet in the Delta Rana planetary system. The atmosphere was capable of supporting humanoid lifeforms. This planet had at least three moons.

The planet was the former site of the Federation Delta Rana IV colony. The entire planetary surface, including the colony, was devastated by a Husnock attack in 2366. Prior to the attack, the planet had a population of eleven thousand. The colony didn't possess interstellar spacecraft. Tea grew wild there. (TNG: "The Survivors")
