Delta Rana IV (most often simply called Rana IV) was the fourth planet in the Delta Rana planetary system. The atmosphere was capable of supporting humanoid life-forms. This planet had at least three moons.

The planet was the former site of the Federation Delta Rana IV colony. The entire planetary surface, including the colony, was devastated by a Husnock attack in 2366. Prior to the attack, the planet had a population of eleven thousand. The colony didn't possess interstellar spacecraft. Tea grew wild there. (TNG: "The Survivors")
