Delios VII was the inhabited seventh planet in the Delios system. One of the tribes found on this planet was the Karis Tribe.

In 2373, Janeway told Chakotay about a ritual practiced by shamans of this tribe to increase the electrical resistance of their skin. This practice protected them from the plasma discharges in their sacred caves. (VOY: "Sacred Ground")
