Deflector control was a section aboard Sovereign-class starships, where the operations of the main navigational deflector could be maintained and modified.

Onboard the USS Enterprise-E, deflector control was located on deck 11. When the Enterprise-E traveled back in time from 2373 to 2063 and was infiltrated by the Borg, a number of Borg drones took over deflector control and attempted to construct an interplexing beacon on the deflector, in an attempt to contact the Borg living in that century.
