Deep Space 7 was a Federation space station that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century. This starbase was located near the Romulan Neutral Zone.

In 2328, Jerry Fleck boarded the SS Manila at Theta Gluckstern III, bound for Deep Space 7. This information was part of a passenger manifest recorded in the commercial transport database and reviewed by Data in 2370. (TNG: "Inheritance")

In 2375, Commander Chakotay pretended to have caught a transport vessel, after serving three years aboard the USS Intrepid while it patrolled the Neutral Zone, at Deep Space 7 for a return trip to Earth in the Species 8472 recreation of Starfleet Academy. (VOY: "In the Flesh")
