David Williams is an actor who appeared in two Star Trek episodes.

He first appeared as an alien protestor in the Star Trek: Voyager first season episode "Time and Again" for which he filmed his scenes on Tuesday 8 November 1994 on location at Tillman Water Reclamation Plant. His costume from this episode was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]

He then appeared as a Warp Five Complex scientist (second from right in image) in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Broken Bow". He filmed his scene on 22 June 2001 on Paramount Stage 16 in front of a blue screen.

Williams received no credit for his appearances and was identified by the call sheets of the episodes.

Williams' other film work includes Funny Farm (1988, featuring Kevin Conway, Mike Starr, William Newman, Dan Desmond, Reg E. Cathey, and Dakin Matthews).
