David Starwalt is an actor who played the Lokirrim captain in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Body and Soul".

Starwalt has acted in films such as Good Guys Wear Black (1978, with Lloyd Haynes), Predator 2 (1990, with Kevin Peter Hall, Lilyan Chauvin, Philip Weyland, and stunts by Janet Brady, Tony Brubaker, Jeff Cadiente, Rusty McClennon, Jimmy Ortega, and Manny Perry), Springtime in Hell (1999), Last Words (2002), and 19 at 11 (2004).

He has also performed guest appearances in television series such as CHiPs (1979, with Robert Pine, Robert Ellenstein, and Grainger Hines), Scarecrow and Mrs. King (1987, with Conroy Gedeon), Silk Stalkings (1995, with Charlie Brill), The X-Files (1999, with Melinda Culea and Andrew Robinson), and JAG (1998, 2000, and 2003, with Karen Austin, Kevin Conway, Franc Luz, John Hostetter, Jeff Kober, Glenn Morshower, Zoe McLellan, and Angela Paton).
