David McGough is a costumer who worked as one of the key costumers on the first season of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

McGough worked as costumer on the 1981 comedy Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon Queen. His credits as costume supervisor include the television series Starman (1986-1987), the television special Police Story: The Watch Commander (1988), the television movie Mike Hammer: Murder Takes All (1989), episodes of Models Inc. (1994) and Suddenly Susan (1997-2000). In addition, he worked as costume designer on the television special Police Story: Monster Manor (1988, with Brian McNamara, Clayton Rohner, and Scott Burkholder).
