David Erskine is the actor who appeared in the Star Trek: The Next Generation pilot "Encounter at Farpoint" as a Bandi Shopkeeper.
Apart from this, his only other acting credit is the movie Death Warrant (with Patrick Kilpatrick, Abdul Salaam El Razzac and Armin Shimerman).
